Have you been sitting back, not promoting your business because you are afraid to make your first post?  By the end of this post you will be able to go out there and make your first marketing post with ease and confidence!

Here are the 5 Essential Tips to Create Your First FB Marketing Post!

Must have a nice picture

Start taking photos of yourself, your lifestyle, and things that resonate with you, “and” one which will also resonate with your target audience.

I just love “Jing”. Jing is a little program you can download for free that allows you to instantly capture any picture online.

Must have a description

Write a description that would grab “your” attention if you were reading the description for the very first time.  Be creative – appeal to your audience and their struggles, with attention grabbing sentences. Don’t be boring.  Read it to yourself and ask yourself , “Would this grab MY attention if I was scrolling through someone’s Facebook profile?”  If not, rewrite it and get to the heart of the matter!

Must have a call to action

After all the effort you put into creating your post, you better make a strong call to action!  If you want your visitors to click on a link, you need to tell your viewers exactly what to do, otherwise, they will leave, and may click on someone else’s add with a stronger call to action.

Attraction Marketing

You must put yourself into your viewer’s shoes.  You have to try to imagine what your target viewer is like, and what they are looking for.  What are their problems, what are their struggles, and how can you help them.  If you make your posts with the intention of giving value to your visitors, they will want to follow you and will always be watching what you post.   If you offer a solution to their problem, they will want to follow you, and will want to know how you are doing what you do.

Most importantly,  you want to inspire engagement on your posts.  You can do this through surveys, or asking questions that you want people to respond to.

Here is a training video I did for my team members, teaching some of the exact strategies you need to follow.

Post Ideas

Post about the freedom you now have to do the things that most people struggle to get the time to do, and post an image  that demonstrates this freedom.

Post a quote that resonates with you and has inspired you in some way.  Chances are, there are others it will inspire as well.

When you post about your business, do NOT mention the name of  your business!  When you advertise the name of the business you are working for, this only gives people the opportunity to google it, and join someone else.  You are marketing yourself, and the value you can give your visitors, not the company you are working for.

You do not want your followers to Google the name of the business you are promoting, only to find a scam post written by someone trying to recruit members into his own business, and they join him instead.

Offer free training. You would be amazed at the things that “you” can teach other people.  For example, they always say, “you learn something new every day”.  So, take that one step further and make a post about what you learned. Chances are, there is someone out there who could use the advice or training.

Just as I am mentoring my team to get results, I can also mentor you! I have a personal introduction video just for you, that explains exactly how this is done. http://workwithcoachsandra.com
